Dog Training
My training is dog-centred, calm, and practical, taking a holistic view of each dog and their lifestyle rather than focusing on behaviour in isolation.
I look at all aspects of a dog's life, including their past experiences, home environment, breed-specific needs, routine, enrichment, health, and individual temperament. This helps identify what is really driving the behaviour, so we can make meaningful changes that last beyond the training session itself and support the dog's overall wellbeing.
I offer guidance in areas such as puppy training, loose lead walking, recall, socialisation, and reactivity, with ongoing support between sessions.
I'm DBS checked, fully insured, trained in canine first aid and CPR, and have extensive hands-on experience working with and training dogs of all ages, breeds, temperaments, and behavioural needs through my pet care and training work. I regularly invest in professional development to ensure my knowledge stays current and my training remains focused on both welfare and practical results.
I often incorporate enrichment, scent work, games, and structured activities into training plans to help dogs feel more settled, confident, and fulfilled.
