Payment Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products sold by PMF Pets, including online courses, guides, templates, downloads and any other digital content. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

 

1. About Digital Products

 

Digital products include any online course, downloadable file, template, video, audio, PDF, or similar digital item. All digital products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical will be posted to you.

 

2. Payment Methods

Payments for digital products are accepted through Wix using:

• Credit card

• Debit card

No additional fees are charged by PMF Pets, though your bank may apply its own charges depending on your provider.

 

3. When Payment Is Taken

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
Your order is only complete after payment has been processed successfully.

 

4. Pricing

All prices are clearly displayed at checkout.
Digital products are not subject to delivery fees.
If prices change in the future, the price at the time of purchase is the price that applies to you.

 

5. Order Process

To place an order, you will:

1. Select the digital product you want.

2. Add it to your basket.

3. Review your order.

4. Enter your payment details.

5. Complete payment by clicking the pay now button.

 

You will have an opportunity to correct errors before completing your purchase.

 

6. When the Contract Begins

A contract is formed once your payment has been accepted and you receive an order confirmation email.
Access to your digital product will then be provided immediately.

 

7. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital content is delivered instantly through Wix.
You will receive access instructions by email shortly after purchase.
If you do not receive your email, please check your spam folder or contact me for help.

 

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital content is accessible immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access is provided.

If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please email me and I will help resolve them.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and secure payment details at checkout.
You must not share your log-in information, downloads or course materials with others. All digital content is for your personal use only.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
