My goal is to support you in building a confident, professional pet business. These policies set clear expectations, protect both of us, and ensure our work together runs smoothly.
I’ll always do my best to provide practical, ethical guidance. In return, I ask that you come prepared, respect the process, and understand that outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.
General Information
PMF Pet Business Solutions is part of PMF Pets, offering consultancy and coaching for aspiring and current pet business owners. All advice and resources are given in good faith, based on my experience and knowledge, but responsibility for business decisions remains with you. By booking consultancy services, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Payment

All sessions, packages, and programmes must be booked in advance.

Payment is always taken upfront:

Single sessions: payable in full at the time of booking.

Packages: full payment is required before the first session (unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing).

Ongoing monthly support: invoiced and payable in advance of the new month.

Payments are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined under Cancellations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rebooked.

If I need to reschedule, I’ll provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative.

Programme or package participants who miss scheduled sessions will not be refunded, though I may provide catch-up resources at my discretion.

Confidentiality
Everything you share with me about your business or personal situation will be treated as confidential.
I may use anonymised examples for teaching or marketing purposes, but I will never use your name or identifiable details without your permission.
Intellectual Property & Resources
All workbooks, guides, and templates remain the property of PMF Pet Business Solutions. They are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or resold. You are welcome to adapt them for use in your own client processes.
Client Responsibilities
To get the most out of consultancy, I ask that you:

Feedback & Testimonials
Feedback is always welcome and helps me improve the service.
At the end of a programme or package, I may ask you for a short testimonial. This will only be used with your consent.
Communication
We’ll stay in touch through email, WhatsApp, or scheduled calls.

I aim to reply to messages within two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

WhatsApp support (included in some packages) is designed for quick check-ins and accountability. It is not an emergency or 24/7 service.
Liability
I cannot guarantee specific results such as income levels, client numbers, or business outcomes. These depend on your effort, circumstances, and market conditions.
I will always provide practical and ethical guidance, but I am not liable for business decisions made as a result of our work together.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the service, please raise it with me directly so I can address your concerns.
